Targeted sensory reinnervation for Postamputation Pain

Dr. Alexander Gardetto visited Ukraine to performed Targeted Sensory Reinnervation (TSR) surgeries for the treatment of postamputation pain (August 18-31, 2025).
The TSR technique was presented to surgeons in Rivne, Kyiv, Ternopil, and Ivano-Frankivsk, and war veterans were treated with this procedure.
The TSR program is undergoing further clinical investigation in a multi-center clinical trial with appropriate long-term follow-ups. .
